Argoed is a family run, working farm set in the wonderful scenery of the Snowdonia National Park (Parc Cenedlaethol Eryri). Our Snowdonia caravan site offers holiday locations to families and couples who want a stunning rural location with great sea views within easy reach of the beach (a 10 minute walk), mountains and all that our area has to offer.

Run by Eurig and Sara Hughes, Argoed Farm Holidays offers a great location with a luxury static caravan or your caravaning or touring holiday. Argoed farm is located 2 miles south of Harlech near Llanbedr, Gwynedd, in a rural location with great sea views and within the Snowdonia National Park (click here for a map and directions of our location).

Our luxury static caravan offers high quality 2 bedroom accomodation, sleeping up to four (plus a travel cot) and is available all year round. It has a fitted shower and flushing toilet, TV and video with Freeview, a small garden area (with great sea views) and a patio area with garden furniture. As can be seen in the photographs below, this is a single static caravan with open views across our farm to the sea (with the occasional touring caravan in the next field) and offers a great rural retreat at very competitive prices.

Located just south of Harlech, near Llanbedr, Llanfair, Shell Island and Llandanwg, our Snowdonia caravan and static caravan site welcomes touring caravans, motorhomes and camper vans (we are directly of the A496).

Our caravan site, between Harlech and Llanbedr, has Caravan Club Certified Location (CL) status, electrical hook ups, and is a great base for your Snowdonia holiday.

Argoed Farm has a long history with the original farm buildings dating back many centuries. Located about 1 mile north of Llanbedr and between Pensarn harbour and the village of Llanfair, it is wonderfully situated and provides many oppurtunites to discover the area on foot or by car (and the railway station at Pensarn is situated within easy walking distance too). The Afon (river) Artro can be seen in the photo below and this leads to the sea at Shell Island (just out of the frame) and to Llandanwg beach - an easy walk. In the photo below the farm-houses and buildings can be seen on the left and the main camping field is the one to the right with straight line through it (which has had half of it's grass cut giving the two-tone effect). It is in a gently sloping situation but has plenty of level spaces around the edges (The logo image at the top of this page has the field as a background). It has stunning views over Tremadoc bay (with great views and sunsets over the Llyn Peninsular) and you can walk to the lovely sandy beach at Llandanwg over public foot paths in about 10 minutes (be very careful - you have to walk over the railway line). The static caravan (mobile home) is situated close by and has the same lovely views.
